After beginning his career in the kitchens of the Hôtel Matignon French Prime Minister and to the side of Joël Robuchon, Patrick quickly realized that it was necessary to evolve and go further and sets out to discover the kitchens around the world … from Europe, the United States, where he became one of the chefs in Meridien New Port Beach, through Asia in Hong Kong, then in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, where he took charge of the kitchens gourmet restaurant at the Intercontinental, Patrick continues to learn, improve, and all the food culture that animates it ever decides to transmit to young people by becoming the head chef from Vatel school in Saigon.
