After a career dedicated to the supply of local food and quality to gourmet restaurants all over France, Michel decided to settle in the country where his grandparents lived on quarter century and where his father born and lived his first 15 years. He managed to share his passion for Vietnam to his wife Françoise, who manage the Lodge at his side, and is happy to find a tropical atmosphere originating from Martinique.
